Where people work together and coexist, there is competition. This competition is natural, healthy and essential for the well-being and continued improvement of both company and family life. However, this can also lead to conflicts with negative effects on atmosphere, motivation and results.

Mediation is the most sustainable method for the resolution of conflicts, as it helps the parties involved to find a resolution by themselves. There are only winners with mediation. Therefore, it is the ideal procedure for all situations where people in conflict have to or want to continue to work or to live together.

Mediation applies, for example, in implementations and restructurings, as well as in divorce and inheritance.
